NILCED
INTRODUCTION
I came to Nepal for a brief visit at the end of 2006, not intending to establish NILCED there, but I had been planning a unique type of educational project for the past 20 years. Sarangkot, I realized, fit all the parameters, so I set things in motion the first week of 2007 before returning to my job at UAEU.
The parameters were:

NILCED is a language center focused on education and development.
